bowled today. injured my right thumb twice... i honestly dont know how is that actually possible but i did it.. although i'm not really proud of that i think its worth mentioning. hehe. its indicated as students [21/below] will recieve 2.20/ game but apparently that guy insists on charging us 3 bucks. i guess we're just too mature for cheap stuff.
kfc's "ultra mix" or whatsoever .. that one that consists of one drink + potato+ burger+ 1piece chicken is not really a good mix. or maybe its just that my stomach is having a hard time digesting all the junk that i've taken in lately.
there's smt about we guys. we will nvr want to buy stuff that is perhaps meant for girls.. or even hinting that possibility. zhihong asked us to choose a shoe out of the 4 he's interested. the only problem is that the checkered design does not suggest manliness so we kinda suspect that its meant for the other gender.. choosing something like that is the last thing that we want to do. so.. i guess he picked the 2nd most preferable. choices.. target audience... maybe converse shld divide male and female shoes.. save us the trouble and worry.
had steamboat with family friends. stuff i've learnt is that lamb tastes best compared to beef and pork... i've accepted the heat as a part of the steamboat experience.
the other 2 issues are more serious.. drugs. well. not exactly. its more about mmorpg. those that know me knows i'm really someone who play a shit load of that.. an uncle made a rather convincing comparison.. mmorpg vs drugs. face it. why are ppl addicted. [eg. me]. it gives a false sense of satisfaction, there's no strings of responsibility attached to it. and draws one into a different world that in theory does not exist.. [now if we go into the thing about virtual vs reality that wld be a huge topic.. so nah.].. the point is. the only difference is that drugs leaves the desire to take again both mentally as well as physically.. develop horrifying effects and its illegal. mmorpg on the other hand. legal. it too deludes the mind and is. perhaps mentally addictive. we all love a world without responsibility dont we? where we can just give up a life for a new one with out much attached cost to it? it has no physical after effects like drugs do but i think they are very much comparable in terms of mental effects. LIKE DRUGS. they wld relief pain from the blardy reality. but hey. we wont want that to affect our real lifes.. so. to hell with the addiction.

last one. about guns... or perhaps. in general. weapons. they tried to warn me to stay out of those stuff. i myself has no intention either. we never want to be threatened. by anything. especially when our life is on the line. guns is the most basic lethal weapon that we can think of. at the sight of it we know god damn well we're in danger. and the person who possessed the weapon is a threat. The thing is, although having one of those may probably "save us from danger" but it also frightens the bad intentioned + frightened opponent. and no we do not want that to happen. fear is a basic emotion that can snatch away our ability to think.. having a weapon just give an additional reason for the other parties to harm you.. just to protect themselves or perhaps eliminate you as a threat.
getting harmed in an attempt to protect oneself is stupid.. yet inevitable. applies to weapons, applies to the power and status as well. harm come in all ways.. and blardy hell we live a tiring life trying to save ourselves... trying to maintain the balance of power.. to possess enough to protect yet not threaten the other unsuspecting opponents to get the intention to harm.. unattainable.. imho.. even when ru philosophy from china suggests that its the best possible way.. who on earth did it =s.. even the philosophy itself gets challenged by critics..
